Terms & Conditions and Account Policy

1. General Agreement

By accessing, purchasing, or using any services provided by Bambi Proxy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Account Policy.

All customers must accept these rules before using Bambi Proxy services and review and accept any updated terms whenever changes are made.

Bambi Proxy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

2. Proxy Validity and Connection Policy

When a customer purchases a proxy, the assigned port will remain open for 24 hours (or the selected Static ISP lease duration). However, Bambi Proxy does not guarantee an uninterrupted connection throughout the entire 24-hour period.

Customers can use an unlimited number of threads from one authorized IP address. Connecting to the same proxy from multiple unauthorized IP addresses is prohibited, and proxies used in violation of this rule may be disabled without a refund, subject to applicable law.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

1. Sharing proxy servers publicly in ways that allow unauthorized access or usage.
2. Using software that grants unauthorized third parties access to purchased proxies.
3. Using proxies for spam or activities that may result in Spamhaus blacklisting (SMTP ports are closed across all Bambi Proxy servers).
4. Attempting to hack Bambi Proxy systems or running unauthorized security scanners and penetration-testing software.
5. Using proxy checkers, brute-force tools, port scanners, or similar software to attack Bambi Proxy servers.

4. Important Account Ownership Notice

Customers may share their accounts with individuals they trust. However, if multiple individuals claim ownership of the same account, Bambi Proxy will recognize the individual who made the earliest verified transaction on that account as the rightful owner, subject to additional security verification.

5. Account Policy

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their Bambi Proxy accounts:

1. Users must keep their login credentials confidential and must not publish them publicly.
2. Customers should never disclose sensitive cryptocurrency wallet information or private keys.
3. To reset an account password with support assistance, customers must contact Bambi Proxy support through our official Telegram or WhatsApp support channels and provide the requested account verification information (or use our encrypted email verification reset flow).
4. Bambi Proxy does not provide technical support for accounts that have been sold or transferred to unauthorized third parties.
5. Transferred or resold accounts may be suspended or permanently blocked without a refund, subject to applicable law.
6. Customers are strongly advised not to purchase Bambi Proxy accounts from third parties.
7. Every customer should register and activate their account independently to ensure account ownership and access to support services.

6. SOCKS5 Login and Password Authentication Policy

Bambi Proxy allows customers to purchase and use proxies secured with SOCKS5 username and password authentication. Authenticated proxies use the following format:

Bambi:Bambi@12.34.56.78:12345

• Username: Bambi
• Password: Bambi
• Proxy IP Address: 12.34.56.78
• Proxy Port: 12345

By registering an account, purchasing proxies, or accessing Bambi Proxy services, customers confirm their acceptance of the following:

• Bambi Proxy Terms and Conditions
• Bambi Proxy Privacy Policy
• Bambi Proxy Account Policy
• Bambi Proxy Proxy Usage Rules
