Proxy Usage Rules & Acceptable Use Policy

1. Compliance Requirement

By accessing, purchasing, or using any services provided by Bambi Proxy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Account Policy. Bambi Proxy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

2. Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Sharing proxy servers publicly in ways that allow unauthorized access or usage.
Using software that grants unauthorized third parties access to purchased proxies.
Using proxies for spam or activities that may result in Spamhaus blacklisting.
Attempting to hack Bambi Proxy systems or running unauthorized security scanners and penetration-testing software.
Using proxy checkers, brute-force tools, port scanners, or similar software to attack Bambi Proxy servers.

3. Concurrent Threads, Authorized IP & Port Rules

Unlimited Threads from One Authorized IP: Customers can use an unlimited number of threads from one authorized IP address. Connecting to the same proxy from multiple unauthorized IP addresses is prohibited; proxies used in violation of this rule may be disabled without a refund, subject to applicable law.
SMTP Ports Closed: SMTP ports are closed across all Bambi Proxy servers to prevent spam-related activities and IP blacklisting.
Avoid Untrusted Proxy Checkers: Customers must avoid untrusted third-party proxy-checking websites and applications, which frequently expose proxy ports and credentials to unauthorized users.

4. SOCKS5 Authentication Security Rule

Bambi Proxy strongly recommends enabling SOCKS5 username and password authentication (`Login:Password`) in your Profile / Account Settings to protect your proxy endpoints against unauthorized access. Never reuse your Bambi Proxy account login password as your SOCKS5 proxy password.
